Here’s what to expect at Cassis Class
At Cassis Class you will make your own bottle of RubyBlue Blackcurrant Liqueur (Cassis)
We start of with the history and tour of Hughes Craft Distillery.
Class lasts approx 90 minutes, during the class we will take you through how we make our award winning RubyBlue range of spirits before you take over to make your very own bottle.
Produce, bottle, label your own 350ml RubyBlue Blackcurrant Cassis Liqueur to take home at the end of the class for ageing until the time is right to enjoy.
Cost is £45 per person and includes the bottle to take home and a Kir Royale at the end of class.
You can upgrade the class by adding 2 x course Lunch or 2 x course Dinner
